Every RioRey customer with an active contract can refer new business, hardware or VM, and get rewarded when it closes. There is no limit on how many people you refer, and every qualifying purchase earns its own reward.
Three steps, no paperwork on your end.
Once your contact's purchase closes, RioRey handles the reward calculation and applies it to your account automatically.
Make the introduction
Connect your contact, colleague, business partner, client, or friend with RioRey. If they mention your name when they reach out on their own, that counts too.
They complete a purchase
Your referral buys a qualifying RioRey hardware product (RE10, RS40, RE100) or VM product (rVM‑1 through rVM‑100).
You get rewarded
Once the sale closes, your reward is applied to your own contract for the following year. The amount depends on what you hold and what they buy.
What you earn depends on two things.
The product you currently hold under contract, and the product your referral purchases. Here is the general shape of it for each customer type.
Hardware customers
RE10 · RS40 · RE100-
Referral buys same tier or higher hardwareFull reward: 1 year of your hardware/software support package

Referral buys a lower hardware tierProrated reward: 3 or 6 months of your support package

Referral buys any VM productFlat 1 month credit equal to that VM tier's monthly price, applied to your annual support contract
VM customers

Referral buys same tier or higher VM1 to 4 months of your own VM service, scaling with the tier gap

How you get credit
- You introduce your contact to RioRey directly, and that introduction leads to a sale.
- Your contact tells RioRey, during their purchase, that you referred them.
Either path qualifies. Just make sure your name and company are shared with RioRey at the time of introduction or purchase.
